Welcome to the Crofton Valley’s Homeowners Association (CVHOA) Web Site. The CroftonValley community is located in Gambrills, Maryland between Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, DC. The neighborhood was originally built by Winchester Homes starting in 1999 and features 120 single-family Newbury- and Sinclair-style homes.

The Crofton Valley HOA has regularly scheduled meetings on the third Monday of March, June, September, and December. These meetings begin at 7:00 pm Eastern Time and are held at the Community Center in Waugh Chapel shopping center unless otherwise posted on this website(with additional notification to Chambers Management). This message serves as notification of these meetings. A reminder will be sent via the CVHOA Yahoo Group. A schedule will be placed in every CVHOA newsletter indicating the next quarter’s meetings.
Should a homeowner have an issue to be addressed by the Board of directors at these meetings, please notify Chambers Management seven days before the meeting, so it can be included in the “New Business” section of the Agenda.
