Crofton Valley community is located in Gambrills, Maryland between
Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, DC. The neighborhood
was originally built by Winchester Homes starting in 1999 and features
120 single-family homes. |

Community News
The Crofton Valley HOA will have
regularly scheduled meetings
on the
Third Monday of every month. These meetings will
begin at 7:30 pm and will be held at the Community Center in Waugh
Chapel shopping center unless otherwise posted on this website (with
additional notification to Chambers Management). This serves as
notification of these meetings. A reminder will be sent
via the CVHOA Yahoo Group.
A schedule will be placed in every newsletter indicating the next
quarter's worth of meetings.
Should a homeowner have an issue
to be addressed by the Board of Directors at these meetings, please
notify Chambers Management 7 days prior to the meeting so it can
be included in the “New Business” section of the Agenda.
